No Seatbelt No Excuse
This video really makes a vivid point, that is exactly what does and will happen if you don’t wear a seatbelt and get into an accident(the NHTSA paid me to say that)

The message here is we all need to wear seatbelts... Now myself, I don't care if you wear them or not... That is unless you are in my car, then you will wear them or you will walk... Because I don't beleve in that when its your time shit... lmao !!

If you watch the video closely, you'll see that the person in the front passenger seat and the girl in the back were struck by the guy without a seatbelt resulting in probable spinal injury or breach. At the end, the LEO states over the radio that the driver was critical, but alive... three were dead and that the person not wearing a seatbelt did the damage to the other two dead. As an EMS worker, I've seen way too many of these types of accidents where a non-belted person becomes a projectile in the passenger compartment and tears up the works. I think videos like this should be mandatory to watch in drivers education classes. There were several more in this series produced in the UK that are available for viewing online...
