I honestly hope alcohol played a factor in this crash, otherwise its just too f*cking pathetic.

The right of way don't mean shit! Had the little yacht been a supertanker...then maybe.

both were power drivin vessles not wind assisted yachts and therefore the oncoming vessle had the right of way as he is showing his port light which is red and to any sea going person shall know the rule of the road but if the ongoing power drivin vessel magically transformed into a super-tanker it will be different again as he will be constrained by draught and then the small power drivin vessel will give way and probably be in contact with the super tanker via VHF but if that dont mean shit and the super tanker were to transform into a spaceship well hippyhunter could you help me out as i cant find that in my navigation hand book d!ckhead
