LOL First of all that is not a real M3. I know because I had 1 just like it the E36 and it puts out 220hp stock. He wouldn't be having any trouble spinning out and in the wet too. The wheels arent M3 standard. That is a 318 and its underpowered... or an M3 with a reallllllyyyyyy bad clutch
