Being a news reporter isn't all fun and games. It's not just a game of 'dress up' with your 2nd grade friends where you put on makeup and pearl earrings and talk into a fake camera, built as a cardboard toaster box while your friends play along. They are true heroes who risk their lives. Ha.

I feel so uncomfortable right now... Some of these are funny, but some make me hurt inside. I think I might need an ice bath and maybe a few hugs.

The old man and the dog cracks me up every time. It's a shame they didn't play more of the snow-tube front-flip. The reporter recovers like a boss, and sends it back to the station.

The cameraman at the end was a real pro: Falls on ass holding huge camera yet still keeps subject in frame. Youtube-camera-droppers-at-crucial-moment take note.

And one last thing, who assaults somebody while cameras are rolling? "Hey, can you guys make sure that you have video evidence of me committing a crime? Thanks!"

Regardless, it's a dangerous field.
